On Sunday, April 27th from 11:00–17:00, Chef Matthias Diether himself will lead a hands-on cooking masterclass in our award-winning kitchen at Restaurant 180°.


This is a rare opportunity to cook alongside one of Estonia’s top culinary talents in an intimate and inspiring setting, where under Chef Matthias expert guidance You will craft a refined 3-course fine dining menu:

Starter: Seabass - White Asparagus – Ramsen Velouté
Main course: Braised Lamb – Sauce Riche – Pea Risotto
Dessert: Lava Cake - Ragout from Berries - Tonga Bean Ice Cream
