On Sunday, April 12, we invite you to a special hands-on cooking experience
focused on the fundamentals of classical cuisine – with a deep dive into sauces,
stocks and soups.
Together, we will explore the essential techniques, secrets and professional
tips used daily in our two-MICHELIN-star kitchen. Of course, we will cook, taste,
learn and enjoy the dishes together in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere.
